In Tokio we are looking for a Sales Representative Japan

You will be responsible for:

• Develop customer business plan, according to Region guidelines and target setting
• Implement Marketing key accounts and technical strategy
• Ensure achievement of sales KPI in accordance with guidance of the group
• Collect and identify market needs, implement market intelligence and report to country Sales manager
• Implement customer segmentation ＆ service level for non-KA within guidelines given by Sales and Marketing
• Manage local customer portfolio within guidelines provide appropriate offers accor.to customers requirements
• Implement cost to serve to her / his customers
• Active support to product introduction and service initiatives, in accordance with marketing programs
• Propose market product development in collaboration with country business. Ensure customer feedback on product, samples
• Provide accurate customer demand to the organization to achieve higher OTIF
