Sales Representative Coating East China
1.To take the sales responsibility of North & East China including following KPI of BU Pigments-Coating's business to achieve sales target and margin target.
2.A/R target including overdue vs A/R; A/R vs Sales (assist to push sales team to address target)
3.Maintain current customer relationship including global KA and RA.
4.Collect market information and competitors' situation intelligence and report to the management.
6.To set a clear target to the traders of its customer business plan.
7.Support and train distributor to develop their premium customers to achieve target.
8.To enlarge company's coverage not only in existing 1st & 2nd tier market but also inland China.
9.To complete CRM target (Interaction, Opportunity, Account Plan).
10.To analysis the market trend and come up with a business plan to fit company's growth strategy in China.
11.To support key projects and ensure on time developing.
12.Handling customers complaint.
13.Co-work with TM and SCM to service coating customers.
