Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator join our team. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to those on the sales team. This role will motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. He/she will assign territories, report to senior Sales leadership on achievements, and mentor the junior sales team members. This person will also display tremendous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proven negotiating skills.  



  • SAP Transactional Responsibility
  • Loading new price conditions; mass price changes/expirations/PPC changes                                                  
  • Coordinate workflows & updates for customer, product master data and output conditions                                                
  • Manage customer rebates in SAP; arrange for accruals; analyze sales for annual payouts                                               
  • Coordinate actions and closure of customer complaints(QNS). Repond to customers as needed.                                                 
  • Create requisitions, vendor requests, and approvals of invoice payments (Readsoft) for business services      
  • Support Business Tools –  
  • Provide support and training as needed                                          
  • Assist with troubleshooting and user solving problems                          
  • Perform analyses and provide reports as needed to support business processes                                              
  • Coordinate with the business on specific timelines for actions
  • Create and manage SharePoint Sites    
  • Business Support
  • Process sample and literature requests from customers and sales force
  • Coordinate activities for trade shows; business communications; promotional items                                                
  • Provide reports and data analyses to support business activities             
  • Assist customer service as needed with order processing issue    
  • Investigate invoice discrepancy issues when needed to collect payment
  • Provide administrative support to managers as needed



  • Associates degree in Business, Business Administration preferred
  • 2-5 years experience in a coordination function
  • Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
