Production Operator (Indonesia)

Production Operator

Purpose of Job: Maintain utilities operation and do quick response for breakdown in plant

Essential Function 1: Production Process                                                                                             

1.            Setup the production equipment and raw material before executing the job orders          

2              Operate production equipment safely and effectively for production processing               

3              Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition                           

4              Inspect production equipment to identify any replacement, malfunction and repairs        

5              Recommend process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and safety                                                                              

Essential Function 2: 5S Implementation                                                                                             

1.            Maintain 5S in working environment                                                                                                                                                                     

Essential Function 3: ESHA                                                                                         

1.            Follow safety procedure and company policies for Safety Working Environment                 

2.            Fulfil and maintain ESHA target regarding zero accident and near miss report

What is desired in canddate: 

Education: Min. High School degree (SMK)

Business experience:     At least 1 years experience in Production area would be advantage          

Additional Qualifications: Knowledge about Electrical / Maintenance would be preferred
