Product Stewardship Customer Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Product Stewardship Customer Support (m/f/d) for our location in Frankfurt am Main.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory assessment and related communication for Heubach Groups products / substances
  • Support Heubach Groups customers related to Product Stewardship topics
  • Facilitate an effective communication between Heubach Group and their customers
  • Contribute to the global customer related projects
  • Represent Heubach Group positions within the area of expertise


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in chemistry or equivalent education, preferably with doctorate
  • Sound knowledge of Product Stewardship, customer support; global chemical legislation & registration
  • Good knowledge in toxicology & ecotoxicology; evaluation of chemicals is an advantage
  • Very good English language skills; German preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong network to potential customers and external partners
  • High motivation and reliability
