Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Engineering.   


Experience: Minimum of 5 + years of manufacturing experience. Proficient computer skills, SAP system experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   


Qualifications: Leadership, communication, detailed, strategic thinker, team player.  Strong attention to detail.  Excellent proven communicator.  Experience and highly organized strategic thinker.  A person who is a quantitative thinker, resourceful, proactive and computer tech savvy.  Have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment; while also being able to work as a team player.  The person must be people-oriented, hands on, flexible, an innovative thinker, and they must be highly skilled in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Visio, Zoom and SAP experience is a plus.  The individual must also be able to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Special On-boarding Requirements: (Heubach looks at on-boarding very seriously.  We see the following potential 90 day plan for the individual.) 

  • Work in Customer Service for 30 days 

  • Lab QC experience 2 weeks 

  • Production experience 3 weeks 


Essential Functions/Responsibilities:  

  • Safety First: 

  • Observe and follow Health and Safety practices and regulations put in place at all times. 

  • Wear and maintain proper PPE as required. 

  • Participate in safety programs and trainings as assigned or as volunteered. 

  • Maintain safety awareness and identify opportunities to be safer.

  • Actively seeks opportunities to improve through use of the Corrective Action system 

  • Job Duties: 

  • Provide engineering support to all departments in the  


  • Provide technical support to maintenance and  

manufacturing personnel by training and troubleshooting.  

  • Manage ACO manufacturing.  

  • Manage key projects. 

  • Assist in planning and execution of capital expenditures for the plant.  

  • Interpret operational manuals, manufacturers.  

specifications, blueprints and schematics for machinery and equipment.  

  • Design, test and run control systems including PLC.  


  • Develop manufacturing and maintenance process.  

documentation and operating procedures.  

  • Implement operation changes to improve efficiency and manufacturing throughput.  

  • Ensure that best practices in manufacturing and safety are followed.  

  • Perform assigned duties as necessary from time to time. 


Frequent physical demands:  Include ability to: Sit, Walk, Talk, See, Hear, Stand, Climb (i.e. stairs), Carry objects, Push/Pull, Twist and Bend, Reach forward, Reach overhead, Squat, fine motor skills/activities, Wrist position deviation, read and write in English.   


Occasional physical demands:  

  1. Lifting Floor to Waist: _ lbs.

  • All candidates will be required to take a physical and drug test prior to hire 

  • All new employees will be required to complete the necessary ISO training within 30 days of hire 

  • All Lab, Production and Warehouse personnel will be required to obtain annual clearance of Respirator Fit Testing, Pulmonary Function Testing, and an Audiogram
