Operations Controller, AMEA (m/f/d)

  • Leadership role, providing Functional expertise, excellence to Operational Controls and Operations Financial deliverables (reporting to Corporate Operation Controller), deploying the Corporate Finance & Control programs.
  • To develop, implement and realize Corporate Operations Strategy with Financial and Control support for Heubach AMEA, well glued with Corporate Finance strategy , including the Sites(Ankleshwar #3, Dahej, Roha, Cuddalore, Nagda, Tianjin, Chamdor, Shizouke, Tangarang, Bangpoo) in AMEA region
  • To drive Control Operations audits and Functional Excellence in Finance function (Roadmaps), glued to Corporate and local sites
  • To continuously improve the different processes across Operations, well mirrored with SAP ensuring Compliances, while accountability stays at respective Sites
  • Role extends its support for all Operations functions in region : HR, SCM, Procurement and Manufacturing
  • PMO (Program Management Office) : PMO for the OLT in leading the special programs on Continuous Improvement, Synergy programs between legacy Heubach & Colorant and review on LCPs(Large Capital Project)
  • Working with OLT to sharpen and improve on the Operations financials, thus, driving for building lean-mean-thin, efficient and productive organization
  • Budget preparation and reviews with respective Site Controllers, and finally formulating regional Budget AMEA

 

 

  • Owner of the roll out of Corporate Finance Strategy across AMEA Operations organization= Deployment

PMO role

-          Synergy tracker, progress mapping & reporting

-          Continuous Improvement Plan(CIP) tracker, progress mapping & reporting

-          LCP Controller

-       Regional specific programs, glued with Corporate programs

Controller role

-          Revenue, GM, EBITDA per site

-          Standard Cost VS Actual

o   Deviation Consumption/yields/recoveries

o   Deviations Procurement

-         Operational cost : Fixed cost/Conversion cost, and saving programs

-         Inventory levels(DDI), top 3-4 RMs per site, and saving programs

-         Payables levels(DPO), and saving programs

-         Operating Working Capital and saving programs

-         Capex Cash & Accounting

-        Revenue/KL, GM/KL, EBITDA/KL : best sweating off of the assets, especially with multi-products per line.

-      Design and implement Cash cycle, driving negative Working capital company

-      Knowledge on Advance License, EPCC norms

-      Challenge S&OP on EBITA and Working capital aspects, modelling

-      Control audits across Sites in the region

-      Support and improve on the Reliability Network across region (COE functions)

-      Mapping and pushing for the Old inventories, with SCM & GTMs

-      Annual Budget preparations with Site Controllers and finally formulating regional budget
