In Fairless Hills we are recruiting a  Logistics Regulatory & Compliance NORAM

You will be responsible for:

• Observe and follow Health and Safety practices and regulations put in place at all times.
• Monitor and audit HT classifications and duty rates for all good (Finished, Traded & Raw Materials).
• Keep informed of legislative changes impacting the organization including but not limited to CFR, FDA, PHMSA and any other import / export compliance requirements
• Participate and promote company's Quality Policy and Objectives. 
• Serve as primary point of contact between organization, CBP and proactively manage ACE portal

• Someone that actively seeks for opportunities to improve through use of the Corrective Action system.
• Apply rues of origin to interpret bill of material for country-of-origin designation
