Instrument Engineer(M/F/D)

Key Job Responsibilities include:
 Implement Predictive Maintenance Programs for the plant equipment to maximize safety and reliability of equipment and reduce downtime in accordance with agreed performance targets.
 Prepare and implementation of preventive maintenance programme to ensure that machines continue to run smooth and efficiently.
 Coordination with the operations department for daily planning and execution of planning.
 Updating the record and maintain the inventory & Getting the permit issued and then to get it closed.
 Execute procedure of equipment's and process changes including the design and implementation of improvement projects.
 Daily monitoring of all the equipment and instruments.
 Timely attending the breakdown and changeover of the equipment.
 Safeguarding of the instrument and maintaining as the stock
 Assist in gathering and evaluating appropriate data, utilizing statistical techniques, to improve process capability and/or identify root causes of problems for preventive maintenance.
 Investigate and Study the reason of failure and prepare a why why analysis report.
 Getting it approved and validate by the senior authority.
 Monitor and address issues related to maintenance & ensure adequate distribution of power without any failures.
 Coordination for material procurement activities and raising the requisition as per the requirements and follow-up with purchase department for timely availability of materials and equipment. .

What we are looking for:

 B.Tech/B.E (Instrumentation)/B.Tech(Electronics & Communication) Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience of chemical process industries.

 Knowledge of different types of Instrumentation, procurement of new instrument, safety standards and norms.  Knowledge of Instrument calibration, Selection of DCS system, In-depth knowledge of maintenance and Programming in DCS System.

 Proficiency in Skills of Critical thinking, Problem solving, Monitoring, troubleshooting, Communication & coordination and People management, Breakdown prevention, Root Cause Analysis for Instrument system faliure,Obsolescence management.
