Job Summary:

Lead HR function for our greenfield Project at Dahej. The position offers tremendous opportunity to learn, contribute and grow as we are in the midst of organizational transformation and building our organization for future.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

 Acts as a single point of the contact and lead HR function for employees and leaders for the site.

 Partner with business leads at the site to identify, conceptualize and execute HR interventions to accomplish the business results.

 Partner with managers and leaders in areas such as succession planning, talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, employee learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits for an effective employee experience

 Managing the entire HR Operations to enable complete employee life cycle – Hire to Retire processes, statutory compliance and benefits administration.

 Proactively support the delivery of and seek improvements in HR Processes for the entire employee lifecycle process for the site. May 16, 2022
