HR-Generalist/International Payroll Specialist (Human)

Your Tasks:

  • Payroll support (e.g. smaller countries in EMEA region & globally) and partner with local provider as well as HRMs-
  • Controls global Payroll delivery (timeliness, speed, quality, vendors)
  • Overall HR Operations Support for our HQs in Austria from onboarding over lifecycle to offboarding
  • Management of various HR activities e.g. Time & Attendance, Travel- Mobility & Entertainment
  • Help to drive standardization across the company (e.g. processes/templates)
  • Support Global Payroll lead in selected projects and workstreams
  • Help to drive global Payroll initiatives (vendor & process harmonization, KPI tracking, reporting)
  • Responsible for Data Quality /Control in SAP Success Factors and Payroll
  • You will be reporting to Heubach’s Global Payroll lead.  

You Skills:

  • Ideally knowledge in SAP/Successfactors
  • Business Fluent in English and German
  • You like to communicate with people, suppliers and different functions
  • You can  work across different cultures
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel & Power Point)
