HR Analyst II
Colorants Solutions Brasil is looking for a Human Resource Analyst to join our team in our Suzano plant. The Human Resource Analyst is responsible for various HR administrative routines and support in recruitment and selection, benefits administration, time control, internal communication, control and payment invoices.
The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, reporting, payroll and time & attendance process. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Manage Time & Attendance system - Follow up with employees and managers about the time & attendance review procedure for closing. Vacation balances control and sick leaves postings. Monitor the bank of hours balances, alerting line managers about the need to keep balance. Review and double-check the time & attendance information that will paid in payroll.
Benefits – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. Inclusion and exclusion of employees and dependents in current benefits: Sul América, transportation, life insurance, private pension, etc. Cost review and send for payment via the system. Guidance and clarification of employee doubts.
HR vendor payments – Issue an order request. Issue pre-edited in SAP. Review the amounts to be paid for area services. Enter the invoice system for payments. Ensure that payments are made on time, avoiding interest payments or protests.
Recruitment, selection & onboarding routines - Support in the recruitment processes, scheduling candidates for interviews, when the processes are conducted internally. Make updates on Jazz HR system. Schedule admission and dismissal medical exams. Prepare admission documents. Support Management to request tools for new employees.
Receive the new employee on his/her first day. Provide the admission package for signature.
Payroll routines & System Support- Support on payroll routines when necessary. Helping with job audits and following up with relevant parties. Support HR team with systems updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
- A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
- Superb conflict resolution skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in HRIS systems
