ETP Shift Incharge (m/f/d)

 Assist Hos ETP Operations in implementation of techniques and methods of process control which increase plant efficiency.
 Cooridnate with the government officals and bodies such as GPCB, CPCB and keep Hos & HoD Informed on the norms and guidance.
 Assist the production personnel for smooth operation of Effluent Treatment, RO.
 Assist HoS ETP operations in ensuring effluent treatment & environment-friendly disposal of waste.
 Assist HoS ETP operations in maintaining the discharge of treated effluent and savage within prescribed norms and trouble free running of all equipment.
 Conduct the necessary weekend checks of the treatment plant on a rotating basis.
 Perform the installation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant and pump stations and all of their components.
 Assist and help HoS ETP Operations in exploring unconventional ways to waste water treatment and reuse of the same in production process.
 Coordinate and integrate wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance functions.
 Train and Aware the employees regarding the waste water treatment and effective effluent treatment.
 Help and Assist in Identication of the alternate water sources and encourage employees of the plant to do the same.
What we are looking for:  B.Tech/B.E (Environment) Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience of chemical process industries.  Knowledge of Services and activities of a wastewater treatment plant including nutrient removal and characteristics of effluent.  Knowledge of Methods and techniques of water quality compliance reporting. Computer programs used to analyze wastewater treatment plant performance.  Knowledge Pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations.
