Customer Service Specialist - on contract

This role will work within the Customer Service Desk Team in managing the Order processing for Japan , based in Tokyo

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking care of order processing function starting from order entry to shipment including delivery arrangement
  • Inventory control including check of shipping status, repair of damaged goods
  • Sending a pre-shipment sample to customers, checking evaluation result, subsequent lot reservation
  • Maintaining customer profile Master Data and Pricings in SAP.
  • Ensure timely customer’s payment and delivery terms in accordance with Finance pre-requisites.
  • Corresponding with customers based on the template provided by sales

 

You are/ have:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a business administration, Business support for sales
  • Familiar with Microsoft excel
  • Quick learner with good attitude, high adaptability and able to multi-task
  • Effective communication skill with both internal and external customers
