Country Human Resource Business Partner, Heubach Japan
Country HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Japan: The position holder shall report to HR Director, Asia Middle East and Africa (AMEA) and be part of AMEA HR Leadership team. In addition, the HRBP will work closely with the Japan management team to support the strategic and operational needs of the Japan business.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the HR function of Heubach Japan, partnering closely with the Japan leadership team to build a strong employee value proposition for the Japan market
- Working with the HR Director AMEA to deliver strategic region-wide projects and programmes, including, but not limited to communications, engagement and culture change
- Managing the post-merger integration process for the HR function for Japan.
- Proactively support the delivery of and seek improvements in HR Processes for the entire employee lifecycle process for Japan.

- Providing HR expertise and partner with managers and leaders in areas such as succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, employee learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits for an effective employee experience and engagement.
- Ownership of the country payroll, local compliance, reporting, authority requests and any other HR administration matters.
