Calculators

Dear Real Estate Agent / Webmaster,

We would definitely like to share our web calculators with you.  If you would like the free version, there are a few tiny requirements, which you agree to when you request the software. 

1.) You are a licensed real estate agent or broker in the United States or territories.

2.)  You agree to give us a link to this page on all pages which you display our calculator. 

3.) You give us credit for our work. Remember, we aren't charging you anything.

4.) You agree to consider us as potential referral partners if you know anyone in Minneapolis Saint Paul Metro Area that is buying or selling.  (Assuming that you are not in our marketplace, this offer not available Minnesota Licensees, but Minnesota Licensees may use the custom option below.) We will pay the normal referal fee.  The reverse will be true as well.  We referred out several successful transactions last year.

5.) Upon request, we will send a protected html file to you for direct upload to your website.  The file cannot be changed in any way.  If you want it changed, you should look at the custom option below.

Custom Option:  If you would like these calculators customized to fit the look and feel of your website, we can do that.  Of course, we charge for that service.  Base rates are $75 per hour and there will be a one hour minimum.   If you pay for our calculators, you no longer are required to back link to our site.  They are yours to keep and use forever, but not to re-sell or re-license.   License language will accompany all software sales.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal.  Sorry, checks are not accepted.  Because we will be customizing the software for you, you can understand that there will not be instant web delivery.  We will be speaking on the phone about your preferences, and we will take your credit card information at that time, as well as giving you a quote on the full cost of the project.  If you would prefer that your own webmaster customizes the calculators for you, points 1 throug 5 above will still apply (and we have a way of checking).
